City protects customers

No Eskom load-shedding for City-supplied customers tonight until 22:00. 
This is due to available spare generation capacity.
But, after 22:00 tonight, City customers will be on the same stage as Eskom customers until 06:00 tomorrow, 17 May. 
Further updates will follow. 
Eskom has announced Stage 2 load-shedding until 22:00 on Tuesday evening, 18 May 2021.

Tips:
• Keep devices charged. 
• Switch off non-essential electrical appliances to avoid nuisance tripping. 
• Let us know if your power stays off for longer than the load-shedding schedule.
